Ask Your Question
What is a good ROAS for Google Ads?

There is no universal number. What matters is your break-even ROAS, which depends on your profit margin: with a 40% margin you need at least 2.5× just to cover the ad spend. This calculator shows yours. Anything above it is profit; anything below loses money on the first sale (which can still be fine if customers buy again).

What is the maximum CPC I can afford?

Your break-even cost per conversion multiplied by your conversion rate. If a customer is worth ₹2,000 in profit and 3% of clicks convert, you can pay up to ₹60 a click before ads start losing money.

Where do I find my conversion rate and CPC?

In Google Ads, under Campaigns, add the columns "Avg. CPC" and "Conv. rate". If you are not running ads yet, Google's Keyword Planner shows typical CPCs, and 2–5% is a common starting assumption for conversion rate. Make sure conversion tracking is set up first, or these numbers mean nothing.

Does this include repeat purchases?

No, it looks at the first sale only, which is the cautious view. If customers come back, use their lifetime value as the order or customer value instead.

Numbers don't add up? That's usually fixable.

Most accounts we look at lose money to broad keywords, missing negatives and broken tracking. We'll show you where yours is leaking.
